Project Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead major structural steel and misc. metals projects. This is an opportunity to join a growing steel fabricator responsible for some of the most iconic structures in the industry. As a PM, you’ll oversee high-profile projects while providing leadership, and direction to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do :

Take ownership of complex structural steel & misc. metals projects from kickoff to closeout.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision.

Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

Anticipate challenges and drive solutions before they impact progress.

Oversee meetings, reporting, and change orders.

Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring :

Proven track record managing large-scale structural steel & misc. metals projects .

5+ years of project management experience in fabrication and erection.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with BlueBeam, Tekla Power Fab Suite, or Tekla Models preferred.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits :

$70,000 – $100,000 (DOE).
