Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited Speech Pathology program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC / SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida

Strong interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills

Knowledge of speech therapy principles, methods, and patient safety procedures

Emotional stability and professional integrity in patient care

Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred

Experience in dysphagia assessment and treatment is a plus

Familiarity with Net Health preferred

What you'll do

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy programs in collaboration with the care team.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.

Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and facility standards.

Foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment that encourages recovery and communication success.
