Dane Street is expanding its physician panel to include licensed Washington-based neurology physicians for Independent Medical Exams (IMEs). Physicians will review medical records, conduct physical exams, and provide advisory reports based on patient evaluations while enjoying flexible scheduling and supplemental income. Board certification in specialties such as Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, or Physical Medicine is required for this independent contractor role.

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel! Dane Street is an Independent Review Organization and a national provider of Independent Medical Exams (IMEs), among other offerings, and we are expanding our physician panel resulting in opportunities for non-traditional physician work and supplemental income.

We have a need to add Washington licensed physician advisors to support L&I Independent Medical Exams. This opportunity is for conducting in-person IMEs in our Bellevue clinic. We are limited to one clinic for our first 6 months handling L&I matters, but we plan to add additional locations thereafter.

No-shows, late cancellations, and other ancillary fees (compensation) are established to protect your time.

Our physician panel is comprised of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis.

A Washington medical license is required. Other requirements are active practice, and board certification in one of the following specialties :

• Orthopedic Surgery
• Neurology
• Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry)
• Chiropractic
• Pan Management
• Otolaryngology

JOB SUMMARY

As Physician Reviewer / Advisor supporting Washington L & I Independent Medical Exams, the physician reviews medical records, performs a physical exam of the patient, and addresses clinical questions regarding the patient's diagnosis and care. Engaging independent clinicians with this expertise is critical to the process. No-show fees and late cancellation fees are established to protect your time.
