Job description
A company is looking for a Solution Consultant - HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer challenges and present solutions through demonstrations and presentations
Support both low-touch opportunities and large strategic deals within the Medium Enterprise business
Drive business growth by spotting opportunities to enhance customer support and participate in various projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of software Solution Consulting experience or value-based selling experience
3+ years of experience with HCM systems
Experience with Workforce Management systems (Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling)
Experience in industries with frontline workers (Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Energy / Utilities)
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
