Robinson / McDonald, PA – Full-time, Non-exempt; Varied Schedule, some on-call hours required

Starting Pay : $21.00 / hour - $23.00 / hour, Depending on experience; $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general property and building maintenance, including routine maintenance and cleaning in common areas. The role is also responsible for conducting inspections, helping with move-ins and move-outs, and responding to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.
