POSITION DESCRIPTION : Student Aide

REPORTS TO : Department Supervisor

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : Part-time Up to 20 hours a week. Compensation Arizona Minimum Wage

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES : To provide support to deparment and team. Assisting with records maintenance filing compliance reporting and other designated tasks.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES : (essential functions)

• Provide general support for the School Site
• General clerical duties including telephone use faxing filing correspondence running errands on campus
• Data Entry organization of documents assist with copies request
• Assist with the maintenance of all central office
• Translates material and information for parents students and staff.
• Helps to administer tests and assessments.
• Maintains files and computer records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Able to perform the following physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation : critical sensory requirements include general vision corrected to 20 / 20 hear or listen in the normal range (corrected) and speak and give directions clearly. Able to walk sit stand kneel crouch crawl reach lift (exerting force up to 50 pounds) carry push pull or otherwise move objects up to 125 lbs.
