By joining our Internal Float Pool, you will have the chance to rotate between various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift will bring new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

What You'll Get :

Join our Internal Float Pool and make an impact every day! As a responsible care provider, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care. Your role will involve a thorough assessment of patient needs, planning and delivering personalized care, and maintaining therapeutic relationships throughout the care continuum. You will identify necessary interventions based on patient condition changes, collaborate with healthcare team members, ensure patient safety, and support continuous improvement within the department.

Licenses & Certifications : Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association are required.

Required Degrees : Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : You should exhibit progression in holistic patient care, critical thinking, proficient computer skills, and excellent communication. You will need strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively while leading others in a supportive healthcare environment.

Certification Addendum : Team members must meet annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications.
