YOU ARE :

An individual with 2+ years of leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment

A dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goals

A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service, consistently committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality service

Certified, or willing to obtain certification, of a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification

Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
