Director of Employee Benefits Operations

A company is looking for a Director, Employee Benefits System Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with national operations leadership to align AMS solutions with business needs and corporate goals

Drive adoption of standardized workflows and best practices across Employee Benefits business lines

Oversee AMS system management and optimization, including upgrades and vendor partnership oversight

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, insurance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits insurance operations with at least 5 years managing or supporting an AMS

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and system implementations

Strong knowledge of agency workflows such as policy servicing and client data management

Expertise in AMS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in business intelligence tools is a plus
