Paralegal - Trusts & Estates

Monterey County’s leading AV rated law firm seeks Paralegal with 3 to 5 years’ experience working with Trusts & Estates law. An ideal candidate must have strong organizational and writing skills; must also possess strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. This position would provide support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice group.

Must be familiar with legal format Court rules and procedures; E-filing and E-service programs; Case preparation, file management; Microsoft Outlook, Word and Timekeeping software; Lexis Nexis or similar database search.
