Digital Project Manager - Backfill

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Digital Project Manager.

Position Type : Full-Time, Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : New York City, NY 10007 (On-site)

As a Digital Project Manager,  you will :

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication across digital, creative, and production functions.
• Oversee digital project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with branding, legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and negotiating adjustments as needed.
• Review and assess client change requests, providing clear impact analysis and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with production and studio teams to ensure digital assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all project processes are followed, including documentation, approvals, and sign-offs.
• Coordinate with external agencies to support digital marketing, promotional, and retail initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships and promote a collaborative, solution-oriented approach within cross-functional teams.
