Our client, a leading organization in property and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and effective interpersonal communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Denver, CO

Pay Range : 22.22

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (flexible for lunch)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and oversee facility tasks and work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of facility activities and work orders.
• Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations at a Class A type facility.
