Senior Software Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and direction to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree a plus)

5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with a focus on SaaS product development

Strong background in full-stack software development, particularly with Java

Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with CI / CD pipelines
