• Maintains adequate drug supply at pharmacy at all times
• Correctly prepares all drugs and chemicals.
• Prepares, sterilizes, and labels parenteral medications and solutions that are manufactured in the hospital.
• Correctly fills and dispenses all medication.

Requirements : \n\nPharmD (or equivalent) required.\n\nA valid TN State Pharmacist license required\n\nBLS\n\n2 Years Hospital Experience
