Engineering Manager

We have partnered with a Computer Hardware Manufacturing company in the Miramar FL area to provide them with a Manager Engineering. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Manager Engineering :

#1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field is required.

#2. Strong leadership and team management experience with a proven record of guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.

#3. Proficiency in CAD and FEA tools such as SolidWorks AutoCAD and related analysis software.

#4. Deep understanding of production processes quality standards and safety regulations.

#5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities of the Manager Engineering :

The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead the Research and development team including the Electromechanical Design and Product System Engineers at client. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful development integration and implementation of innovative technology and data security products. The Engineering Manager will guide the engineering team ensure adherence to design standards and maintain high levels of productivity and innovation.

Requirements of the Manager Engineering :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics or a related field is required. A Masters degree in business is preferred.
