Job description

About the Role :

We are partnered with a top Fintech Firm that is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and launch of AI-powered tools across the company. This role is key to using AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

  • Define and manage the AI product vision and roadmap.
  • Identify high-impact AI opportunities to improve operations and customer outcomes.
  • Prioritize projects based on business value, feasibility, and compliance.

AI Development & Execution :

  • Partner with data science and engineering to build solutions like predictive analytics, automation, and fraud detection.
  • Ensure AI models align with business goals and regulatory needs.
  • Oversee integration with internal systems and third-party data.
  • Track success using KPIs such as processing time, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction.

    • Collaboration & Leadership :

  • Work with teams across the business, including compliance and legal, to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and regulatory changes in mortgage tech.

    • Requirements : Must-Have :

  • 3+ years of product management experience (2+ in AI / ML).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like NLP, machine learning, and automation.
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and managing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid in-office setting.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with AI platforms, APIs, and cloud tools.
  • Familiarity with explainable and ethical AI in lending.
