Your Mission :

As a TCE Project Manager, you\'ll lead $3.5M–$4M in annual wireless, Wireline or EV construction project revenue , ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and always exceeding expectations in safety and quality.

You will :

• Oversee multiple concurrent wireless projects from mobilization to closeout
• Build and deepen customer relationships — grow current accounts and drive new business
• Coordinate with internal teams : Construction Managers, crews, project controls, and finance
• Ensure every project hits key metrics : timeline, quality, safety, and profitability
• Recruit and allocate resources, manage budgets, and resolve issues in real time
• Coach and retain top talent across CM, Crew Lead, and Technician levels
• Conduct site walks, review scope, approve closeout packages, and manage reporting
• Conduct safety inspections and drive continuous improvement at every step
