Orthodontist Opportunity – Reading, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist to join our growing practice with a full-time opportunity available in Reading, PA, along with a other offices near. This role offers excellent earning potential, benefits, and a strong support system.

Position Highlights :

• Compensation : Minimum of $1,733 per day plus bonus potential.
• Benefits : Full-time staff receive free malpractice insurance and continuing education (CE) opportunities. Comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and 401k benefits are also included.
• Location : Reading is a start-up practice focused solely on consultations—no reties or debonds.
• Support : Large staff, all X-ray certified, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Caseload : In our other offices, we manage a reasonable caseload of 30-40 appointments per day. Every visit progresses the case and resolves any broken appliances.
