We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team!
Position Summary :
- Provides basic clerical and administrative support to an individual or group of employees.
- Database to enter orders, composing correspondence, and maintenance of records.
- Screens incoming calls and arranges appointments and meetings.
- Follows standard protocols when conducting work and works under immediate supervision.
- Knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board is a plus.
Job Responsibility :
- Assist in order entry Organize and maintain file systems, files correspondence, and other records.
- Answers phones and takes messages, fielding / answering all questions.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours between 9 am and 6 pm.
Skills / Requirements :
Able to work in a fast-paced environment Solid computer skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent oral / written communication skills Strong work ethic Highly organized;
able to juggle multiple tasks / assignments.
Education and Experience :
High School diploma or equivalent (required) Three plus years of administration-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
