Job descriptionFive (5) years of experience as an interior designer / architect in a client services firm Creates and participates in client-facing presentations Provides timely and effective coordination in the delivery of designs, plans and specifications to ensure project goals and objectives have been satisfied Develops interior design concepts primarily for small / medium sized projects Incorporates other disciplines e.g. MEP, construction methods, budget, etc. in the design process Evaluates and selects materials; consults with the manufacturer's representative Leads the coordination of FF&E selection and specification Provides design and technical detailing guidance to other staff members Leads construction administration activities Assists the Project Manager in the development of project schedules and work plans Prefer a Masters degree in interior design from a CIDA accredited program or a Master of Architecture degree NCIDQ certified or Registered Architect WELL certified Advanced skills with : Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape Designer Pages for furniture specifications Proficiency with Deltek Vision Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
