Only an hour from an International airport, with easy interstate access to NYC and Boston. $300K base guarantee + wRVU production, $45K recruitment incentives and 7 weeks of PTO make this an opportunity to consider. $300,000 guaranteed salary for 2-3 years.  WRVU production incentives with Performance Bonus Opportunity after Guaranteed Period.  Performance bonus opportunity of up to $17,500.  $45,000 recruitment Incentive.  7 weeks of PTO on top of 9 Federal Holidays.  403 B with company match.  Involves resident teaching.  Four seasons of fun and adventure offering skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, rafting, sightseeing, hiking along the Appalachian Trail and road / mountain biking.  Involves resident teaching.  Hospital Employee .  CME time and $4,500 available.
