Responsibilities & Practice Details :
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors.
- Collegial group of 6 providers with solid RN, MA and support services
- Lab and Radiology services provided on-site
- 32-36 Patient Hours / Week
- 14-16 PPD
- Shared call : 1 : 6 weeks (light volume)
- EMR : EPIC
- 20 days PTO, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w / stipend

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, X-rays) to inform diagnoses.
- Seamlessly refer patients internally to specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330+ strong physician-led group ensuring continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
- Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.

Qualifications :
MD / DO and BC / BE in Family MedicineMA & NH medical license or working towardsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care settingProficiency with EPIC EMRAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.Benefits :

Targeted Pay Range :
MINIMUM RANGE to SEGMENT 3 Top. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as : incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay. Base pay $230,000 - $280,000.
