Position Objective

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for accessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans to facilitate optimal patient care. The position must support the mission, goals, policies and standards of the nursing department to ensure excellence in nursing practice. The position must participate in professional growth and self-development activities to ensure accountability for own professional nursing practice, promote an environment that encourages individual growth and nurtures professional practice, and utilize experience and educational skills to assume an active role in orienting / teaching of staff.
