Position Summary :
The Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing patient and family education. The RN ensures safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Required :
Current Montana RN License
American Heart Association BLS
Experience in the pre-hospital setting (e.g., Ski Patrol, Search & Rescue, EMS)
Preferred :
Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care experience
Experience with electronic health records
Outpatient or Walk-In Clinic experience
Essential Job Functions
Collect and assess comprehensive patient data.
Analyze assessment findings to determine nursing diagnoses.
Develop individualized plans of care and expected outcomes.
Implement care plans and interventions appropriately.
Promote health, wellness, and patient safety.
Continuously improve nursing practice quality.
Maintain competency aligned with current nursing standards.
Evaluate own practice against professional guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Uphold ethical standards and integrate evidence-based practice.
Demonstrate leadership within the nursing unit and profession.
