Operational Excellence Business Process Manager, Route Optimization

The Operational Excellence (OpX) Business Process Manager, Route Optimization, will lead initiatives to enhance the scalability, performance, and efficiency of our route network. This role is critical to driving growth-oriented operational efficiencies, unlocking revenue for our route teams, and elevating the customer experience through data-driven strategies and technology. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement, and scale best-in-class routing and fleet practices across our North American operations. This position will report to the Director, Operational Excellence - Customer Fulfillment and Fleet.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead route and fleet optimization initiatives to drive scalable growth, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience across our route network.
• Analyze route performance metrics, leverage route planning software for scenario planning, and partner with Operations to drive ground-level change.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on route optimization projects, serving as the cross-functional Aramark Project Manager and leading implementation in the field.
• Develop and ensure full-scale implementation of a vehicle telematics program that leverages existing IoT data and turns it into actionable insights to improve fleet utilization and reduce cost per mile.
• Support OpXs partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, our Fleet Management Company, and Suppliers to create a best-in-class fleet aligned with a proactive vehicle replacement strategy.
