What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.

Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any incidents occurring at the front desk.

Communicate professionally and promptly with building staff, tenants, and / or law enforcement as required.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity through attentive observation and reporting.

Support Allied Universal leadership by following all company policies, procedures, and training requirements relevant to the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Being at least 21 years of age is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
