We specialize in providing expert-level diagnostics and repairs on Asian and domestic vehicles, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service. This role is ideal for a technician with advanced diagnostic capabilities who thrives on solving complex automotive issues.

In return, we offer $68,640 per year , a structured performance pay plan , and superb benefits like health insurance after a 90-day probation period, a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match, an employee discount, sick pay, 5 days of paid vacation after the first year of employment, and 10 days of paid vacation after the second year.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY DUTIES

As a Diagnostic Auto Technician - Mechanic, you will :

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues, including electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, inspections, and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of diagnostic findings and repairs.
• Consistently achieve 35+ billable hours in a 42-hour workweek while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
