Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

• Support field efforts to resolve metrology issues :

Analyze process results and indicators to assess equipment performance and make recommendations on performance improvement

Develop collateral material used to support field resolution of metrology issues

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Base Pay Range : $97600.00 - $165900.00 Annually

Primary Location : USA-OR-Hillsboro-Beaverton-KLA
