Purchasing Clerk

SALARY RANGE - This position pays $21.00-22.00 / hour. The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for storing materials from receiving in the warehouse.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform / business attire and nametag.
• Issues supplies upon receipt of approved requisition.
• Delivers materials as required.
• Aids in taking inventory of all materials.
• Prepares and maintains reports and records as required.
• Operates company vehicles as assigned.
• Keeps storeroom clean and orderly at all times.
• Acts as a role model to other employees
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Responsible for receiving and unloading items.
• Delivering supplies and packages to designated locations.
• Operating fork lift to move supplies.
• Assisting with inventory control by following SOP’s.
• Ensure the safety and security of company, team members, and property guests while performing job duties.
• Properly utilizes company's procurement system on daily basis.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
