Were looking for an A / V Technical Support Specialist to join our onsite technology support team in San Francisco, CA. This role is fully onsite 5 days per week , providing hands-on support for conference rooms, meeting technology, and end-user devices. Youll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring employees have the technical support they need to do their best work.
What Youll Do
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Surface Hubs , Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs) , and Crestron devices
- Troubleshoot audio, video, network connectivity, touch panels, and meeting controls
- Support additional A / V technologies including Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, Cisco , and general AV equipment (speakers, cameras, monitors)
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC, Mac, application, and network issues
- Manage tickets through ServiceNow , with strong attention to SLAs
- Support Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365)
- Provide VIP / White Glove support when required
- Handle asset management : shipping, receiving, tracking, and maintaining hardware
- Perform printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide onsite event and meeting support
- Offer remote hands assistance for the network operations team (cabling, port checks, device reboots)
- Occasional after-hours support as needed
- Travel occasionally to Baton Rouge to support additional sites
What Were Looking For
2+ years of onsite technical support experience (or a related degree)Experience with conference room technologies (Surface Hub, Teams Rooms, Crestron)Strong troubleshooting skills across A / V, PC, Mac, and general IT issuesExperience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing systemFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 applicationsStrong communication, customer service orientation, and ability to support VIP usersOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environmentIf youre someone who thrives in hands-on support roles and enjoys solving A / V and IT challenges, wed love to hear from you.
