Role - Sr, Data Governance Project Manager
Location - Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Cleveland, OH (Hybrid).
Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in Data Governance / Master Data Management , Power BI would come as a big plus.

Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise initiative :
- Data Governance Multiphase Program
- Phase 1 : Published remediated data from MDM system through integrations to Power BI and Transactions and Investments Workflows in Dealpath (Completed)
- Phase 2 : Properties workflows in Dealpath and UW metrics (Completed)
- Phase 3 : Loans and Capital Pools workflows in Dealpath tool (Current focus kicking off)
- You will collaborate closely with an experienced Program Manager who has been driving this initiative.
- Systems : Dealpath, Reltio, PowerBI, Mulesoft
- Other Data & Analytics (Reporting / Visualization) Initiatives , as availability allows
- Systems : Snowflake, Cherre, PowerBI
Core Responsibilities
Project Management & Reporting : Maintain RAID logs, build / manage project plans, manage risks, and hold teams accountable.Vendor Management : (Dealpath) and coordination with internal cross-sector teams.Test Cycle ManagementBusiness Analysis / Documentation Support, as neededSkills & Experience
Real Estate industry experience (strongly preferred).Highly organized and analytical , with expertise in data governance, taxonomies, and master data.Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with PowerBI , Reltio , Dealpath, or similar master data management and workflow tools (preferred).Experience leading workflow tool implementations (required).Superuser-level Experience in Work Management Tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar)Desired Qualities
