Pay : $2,030.40 / week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Roswell, NM. This position offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The RN will provide quality patient care across a variety of medical conditions in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact state eligibility.

Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience required.

Current BLS certification required.

ACLS certification preferred.

Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
