Location : TX - Dallas / Irving

What you'll do :

As a Conditions Specialist you'll be responsible for the reviewing, validating and processing of mortgage loan conditions to ensure compliance with agency guidelines for Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loan files. You'll be responsible for analyzing documentation provided by the client and promptly remediate stipulations within SLA.

• Ensure each file contains the designated set of documentation and meets acceptable Underwriting and Compliance (DU, LQA, Fraud and Compliance) standards and complies with established guidelines.
• Accurately review loan documentation and collateral files.
• Verify accuracy of data between documents and systems. Analyze documentation provided by the client and promptly remediate stipulation.
• Achieve a minimum of 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, 95% completion within SLA.
