Position Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for advertising, marketing, and client service. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the account management team in executing client campaigns, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives and Managers in daily administrative tasks
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and client status reports
  • Track budgets and manage invoices in collaboration with finance
  • Conduct research to support client strategy and competitive positioning
  • Ensure timely trafficking of assets and quality control of deliverables
  • Build strong internal and external relationships through clear communication and follow-up
  • Create execute email marketing campaigns
  • Manage Coop reports and submissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in an agency or marketing environment (internships count!)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media planning, or creative development is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello) is a bonus
