Position Overview :

Tap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, California . In this full-time, night-shift position, you'll provide specialized, high-acuity care to post-operative and critically ill surgical patients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team committed to advancing surgical and trauma care through evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care (hospital) setting.
