Field Service Technician I

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for the offsite maintenance and repair of RIX products. The Field Service Technician will be required to travel both domestic and International for undefined periods of time. Will perform in-house assembly work when not on a service job.

Responsibilities

• Represent RIX Industries and act as a liaison between RIX Industries' customers and end users.
• Provides quality, on time repair of compressors, generators, and associated parts and equipment.
• Maintains, repairs, and overhauls customer's compressors or components as required to meet customer needs, whether in-house or in the field.
• Promotes and upholds all safety requirements at all times.
• Participates in all required company training and administrative requirements on time.
• Notifies supervisor of adequate levels of supplies and tools for completion of assigned production.
• Demonstrates effective communication within the department, company, and customers.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in the best interest of the company.
• All Other Duties as Assigned
