A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach who will be responsible for coaching clients in maximizing their use of analytic tools.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize consultative methods to drive change within clients' Dealership Service departments
Educate and coach clients on software tools to improve Fixed Operations revenue drivers
Conduct regular coaching sessions and update CRM with relevant notes and changes
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of labor grids, parts matrix building, and warranty filings
3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
2 years of Automotive Service Department management experience preferred
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple accounts
Energetic and motivating personality with a passion for client success
