Job description3–5 years of experience in executive-level construction service sales or marketing within the multifamily, college campus or hospitality industry . Proven track record of client development and account management success. Strong network and existing book of business in multifamily, hospitality, or renovation construction. Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently (20%+ overnight travel required). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred. Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Title : National Account Executive - Construction Industry
Location : Carrollton, TX, Hybrid with Travel
Pay Rate : $100K to $150K BOE
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects with effective time management.
- Develop and execute customized marketing strategies to support national growth objectives.
- Represent the company at key national events such as trade shows, golf tournaments, and networking functions, promoting our brand and services.
- Serve as the liaison and partner to develop pricing strategies and negotiate job scopes and contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for national clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze customer trends to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.
- Drive lead generation and promote all verticals and service lines to a national client base.
