Conemaugh Physician Group (CPG) Somerset Primary Care is a practice that cares for the health of an individual and their family through all stages of life offering regular wellness visits screenings acute illness visits and diagnosis management of chronic conditions and guidance for proper health and promoting a healthy lifestyle. We coordinate referrals for expertise of certain illness or injuries and ensure specialized care and treatment for each patient.

We have 3 providers within our practice that see and treat patients. For employees this is a dayshift Monday through Friday job with no weekends no holidays working no on call and no mandation. We have a great work / life balance and we become a family and work as a team to provide compassionate and professional care to our patients.

This position will be working in the clinical setting rooming patients doing vital signs and preliminary tasks such as assisting with questionnaires etc. You will be responsible to do immunizations if needed assist the providers with treatments phone triage between the patient and the provider prescription refilling and quality measures.

What were looking for

Applicants should have a current state LPN license and graduate of an of a program for licensed practical nurses. Additional requirements include :

One year in a physician office setting.

Electronic medical record experience either in acute care setting or medical office practice preferred
