This position is responsible for onboarding new clients and managing ongoing benefits administration, which includes collecting documentation, completing setup surveys, and configuring systems according to client specifications. The specialist ensures compliance by monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate employee benefit data across systems.
In addition to benefits responsibilities, the Enhanced Service Specialist works closely with clients to understand business requirements for time and attendance systems. This includes configuring software to meet client needs, setting up pay rules, schedules, accruals, and workflows, and managing project plans to ensure timely implementation. The role requires conducting thorough system testing, providing training for clients and internal staff, and delivering ongoing support and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of benefits administration, ACA compliance, and labor law considerations, along with strong project management and data analysis skills. Experience in the isolved platform and familiarity with time and attendance software such as Kronos, ADP, or Workday is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this client-facing role.
