Reli Title is seeking a motivated and experienced

  • Closing Attorney
  • to join our growing team in Tuscaloosa, AL. As a trusted partner in real estate transactions across several states, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, accuracy, and professionalism to our clients and industry partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct real estate closings with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Review and approve title work, contracts, and closing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws / regulations governing real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community partners.
  • Assist with business development and represent Reli Title at industry / networking events as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Alabama (required).
  • Experience in real estate transactions, title, or closing law preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
