Maintenance Tech

Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in food manufacturing — especially protein processing or meat production? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team and help keep our high-speed production facility running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on food production and packaging equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to optimize plant performance.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and adhere to all food safety and GMP standards.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is ready for each shift’s production goals.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing , preferably protein / meat / poultry processing.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.

Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.

Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging machines, and refrigeration systems a plus.

Willingness to work 3rd shift and occasional weekends as needed.

Commitment to safety, sanitation, and teamwork .
