About The Position

A leadership opportunity for an experienced Otolaryngologist to serve as Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). The role focuses on overseeing clinical, academic, and administrative operations while advancing minimally invasive surgical techniques, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to research and education initiatives. This position is part of a transformative system-wide strategy dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the ENT division.
Oversee daily operations across clinical, academic, and administrative functions.
Deliver high-quality patient care, specializing in advanced and minimally invasive ENT surgery.
Collaborate with partner institutions to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
Drive innovation in surgical practices using advanced robotic technology (Da Vinci Xi).
Mentor and lead a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers.
Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with academic institutions.
Promote access to care and reduce health disparities through community outreach.
Manage guaranteed OR block time and support robust surgical volumes.
Participate in a shared 1 : 4 call schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalists

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years) – REQUIRED.

Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Valid BLS, ACLS, DEA, and CSR / CDS certifications.

Minimum of 3–5 years post-training clinical experience.

Leadership or program development experience strongly preferred.

Not open to new graduates, APPs, locums, 1099 contractors, or visa sponsorship.

Malpractice history considered with limitations.
