Haven Home Care is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to lead our In-Home Services team. This role is responsible for daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional support to both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and support the In-Home Services operational team
- Ensure care is delivered according to state regulations and company standards
- Monitor service delivery and care plans with regular review and follow-up
- Lead with accountability, follow-through, and strong customer service instincts
- Support both employees and clients with empathy and timely response
