Job descriptionCombination of inpatient and outpatient care Support from 1 PA and additional MAs Clinic volume : 20 patients per day Standard hours : 8 AM - 5 PM with call Choose your preferred dates - limited slots still available 1-2 week assignments - perfect for work-life balance In-clinic vasectomy and infant circumcision (not required) 10-15 procedures per week All age groups covered Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Urology 12 months of experience required Arizona state licensure or IMLC LOQ
