About the Department
The Technology and Operations PMO drives enterprise-wide initiatives that enable Franklin Templeton to achieve its strategic vision. Our team partners with business units across Sales Marketing Operations and Technology to deliver impactful solutions. How You Will Add Value
You will lead enterprise-wide projects to deliver measurable business value.
You will manage multiple initiatives coordinating stakeholders across technology and business units.
You will develop and monitor project schedules budgets and iterations through completion.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
58 years of project management experience
Agile certification (Disciplined Agilist Practitioner or Scrum)
Hands-on Agile delivery experience
Experience in large-scale multinational environments; financial services preferred
