About the Department

The Technology and Operations PMO drives enterprise-wide initiatives that enable Franklin Templeton to achieve its strategic vision. Our team partners with business units across Sales Marketing Operations and Technology to deliver impactful solutions. Working here means joining a collaborative global group committed to innovation and continuous improvement. How You Will Add Value

You will lead enterprise-wide projects to deliver measurable business value.

You will manage multiple initiatives coordinating stakeholders across technology and business units.

You will develop and monitor project schedules budgets and iterations through completion.

You will drive continuous improvement and participate in communities of practice.

You will promote rapid value delivery using Agile and iterative development techniques.

You will tailor communications for diverse audiences including executives.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience Education & Certifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

58 years of project management experience

Agile certification (Disciplined Agilist Practitioner or Scrum)

Hands-on Agile delivery experience

Experience in large-scale multinational environments; financial services preferred

Work Location

Hybrid work arrangement (Baltimore MD)
