We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager who will contribute to the success of the IT Team, applying their expertise in program management to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
Particle Measuring Systems is embarking on a multi-year, business-critical journey aimed at transforming PMS ways of working and improving end-to-end processes enabled by technology. This program is a foundational pillar of our long-term strategic vision. Program Nexus consists of the following components : migrating to a modern ERP platform (Infor or NetSuite), master data management, and leveraging the full power of Salesforce Cloud Platforms.
The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the business transformation program. Reporting to the Transformation Director, this position oversees the integrated delivery of solutions across various business functions and technology teams, ensuring alignment between program outcomes, organizational strategy, and business objectives. Responsibilities include establishing priorities, developing standards and governance, and setting deadlines for the delivery of transformation initiatives.
Job responsibilities include :
- Establish and maintain the detailed integrated plan, baseline and critical path, including interdependency with other adjacent PMS projects.
- Management of the PMO to establish the integrated plan, work stream definitions, tracking and reporting required for each work stream and Programme Governance.
- In partnership with the Transformation Director, this position owns the delivery relationship with the chosen third-party Partner Delivery Manager.
- In collaboration with our third-party implementation partner, establish and operate the program governance including weekly work stream tracking, IT CAB, Program Board, Steering Committee and Risk Management forums.
- Operating change control in conjunction with the Business and Solution Design Authorities and other functions as required.
- Direct daily operations of the program, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems related to the program initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and deliverables to the Steering Committee, including project status reports, risk assessments, issue resolution plans, and recommendations for course corrections.
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ERP solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and exploit technology to achieve business results.
- Manage a team of technical and non-technical resources, including mentoring team members to ensure successful execution of the program.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability and stability through the implementation of robust change management processes and adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.

Required qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, including delivery of ERP and Salesforce transformations.Demonstrated success delivering at least one large-scale transformation that involved a modern ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Infor, etc.) AND either a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce) or a formal MDM initiative.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including implementation, customization, and system architecture, as well as ERP best practices and methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage complex project plans.Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decisions.Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) required.Work environment and physical requirements include :

Competitive base salary range : $120,000 - $150,000Our compensation philosophy : we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
