🎯 Customer Success Lead / Trial Coordinator

📍 Santa Barbara, CA (Hybrid – up to 3 days / week in-office)

💼 Full-Time | Salary : $50,000 – $75,000 DOE

We're the parent company of two fast-growing health and wellness brands : MDBio Wellness and Sleep Corner. Our mission is to empower people to take control of their health—through science-backed nutraceuticals, innovative at-home sleep testing, and compassionate care.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Trial Coordinator who’s excited to join an early-stage team where your work actually matters . You'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience and a key player in supporting our observational trials.

🔧 What You’ll Do :

  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries across email, phone, and chat (B2C + B2B)
  • Support participants in clinical observational trials—onboarding, scheduling, data coordination
  • Manage backend operations including returns, order updates, and tracking (Shopify, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Identify issues and implement proactive solutions to improve the customer journey
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams
  • Manage customer journeys through our 30 day health improvement programs
  • Assist customers through our integrative tele-health services

✅ You Bring :

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience (DTC, wellness, or healthcare a big plus)
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfort navigating complex systems and processes
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.)
  • A growth mindset and desire to be part of a mission-driven startup
