We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Trial Coordinator who’s excited to join an early-stage team where your work actually matters . You'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience and a key player in supporting our observational trials.
🔧 What You’ll Do :
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries across email, phone, and chat (B2C + B2B)
- Support participants in clinical observational trials—onboarding, scheduling, data coordination
- Manage backend operations including returns, order updates, and tracking (Shopify, HubSpot, etc.)
- Identify issues and implement proactive solutions to improve the customer journey
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams
- Manage customer journeys through our 30 day health improvement programs
- Assist customers through our integrative tele-health services
✅ You Bring :
3–5 years of customer service experience (DTC, wellness, or healthcare a big plus)Strong communication skills and emotional intelligenceComfort navigating complex systems and processesExperience with CRMs like HubSpot and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.)A growth mindset and desire to be part of a mission-driven startup✨ Perks & Culture :
