5+ years of hands-on IT management or support experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Strong proficiency with MacOS, Outlook, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Filevine or similar legal case management / intake software
Knowledge of conference room AV technologies (Zoom Rooms, webcams, display systems, audio solutions)
Experience deploying or managing automation tools and AI platforms
Solid understanding of database management and data integrity best practices
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with non-technical staff
