Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Advertising Account Executive to develop, service, and maintain a base of local clients and / or agencies who purchase advertising space or other media services. This role is on-site unless otherwise noted.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and present market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products.
• Assist in developing marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue.
• Interact with internal departments to schedule advertising, monitor account activities, and manage collections.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and participate in sales forecasts.
• Complete required documentation and reporting for contracts, schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.
• Prospect new customers following company sales strategies and tactics.
• Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, and general correspondence.
• Work variable schedule including nights, weekends, overtime as necessary.
• Maintain regular, consistent attendance.
